Please be advised that I have strict health and safety rules to protect myself, my team and my clients. I cannot clean properties if any of the following things are currently being experienced.

If anyone in the household has a contagious Illness, infection, virus or if there is any infestation in the property such as fleas or rodents you must contact me as soon as possible before the cleaning appointment so that I can make the decision on whether I can attend the property or not as this could be a health risk to myself, my team and my clients.

If in either of these instances you fail to give enough notice a fee may be incurred. If I discover either a contagious illness or an Infestation during the clean I will end the appointment and let you know.In these situations full payment will be required and future appointments would be postponed until these risks have been resolved.

Please ensure that the areas that you require to be cleaned are clear of any mess and clutter so that I can provide the best cleaning service in the time frame that has been arranged for your appointment.

Please make sure I have the space to carry out the cleaning tasks, I work hard to clean around and under large items and furniture however I cannot lift or move any exceptionally heavy items such as furniture and appliances. If you are able to move them prior to me arriving and let me know in advance then I will clean that area for you.

Any valuable items are better to be put away as best as possible. Any damages must be reported within 24 hours of the service completion. Any claims made after this time may not be considered.

My working hours are flexible depending on availability and my clients needs. I will occasionally take a holiday and I will give you notice in advance of the dates.

Please make sure that we have your up to date contact details so that we can contact you in an emergency or to provide you with any information.

All services that I provide are confidential. I will not disclose any information about yourself, your property or your cleaning appointments to anyone.

I sometimes take before and after photos of my cleans to use for advertising purposes on my social media. You will receive a terms and conditions form which will ask you if you are happy to allow me to use photos of your property. I cover any confidential and Identifiable information.

Pricing

All pricing includes the use of quality cleaning products and equipment and I am fully insured. My prices cannot be negotiated and will vary depending on your requirements. Occasionally I will have a team of cleaners work with me if the job requires it, this may help us to complete the job in less time however the price will not change.

If I am unable to access the property at the agreed time and date and you have not provided notice, you will be charged the full price of the service.

Please make sure that the property has both hot and cold water, electricity and a safe place for me to clean, without these essentials I will not be able to clean and you will be charged the full price of the service.

A requirement of 24 hours notice is needed to cancel an appointment or 48 hours notice is needed to rearrange an appointment. If you let me know less than the times stated then you will incur a charge of 50% of the total booking cost of the service. This policy is applicable to all of my clients.
